Bought a Dormia mattress in May 2008 for $1600 on sale. Within the 30 day return period I decided I hated the mattress.
I called many times and finally arranged for a pickup at a cost of $199. After several weeks and no pickup, I called (again several times) and was told that it could not be picked up due to Chapter 11 filing. Of course, they knew this when I first called. In August I asked if I couild return if I paid the shipping cost.
The anser was yes, but I was told I might not ever get a refund. Obviously, I still have mattress sitting in the box.
