This mattress problem with Dormia has been the worst experience of our lives ! They are all working together to deceive the public.
At first, they sold us a used mattress, telling us it was a store model. When it was delivered with the foundation all torn up we did not want it. They would not return our money but would exchange it. So, we purchased a $3,000 king.( top of the line )bakumattress.................Wrong............... started sagging on each side within two weeks time. The longer we slept on it the deeper the mattress sagged with a giant hump in the middle. They told us to place a broomstick over the top of the mattress and measure the indentations. Then take pictures...........which we did. Response from them was that the indentations were not deep enough to validate the warrenty!
They have no warrenty, they have no honesty, they have no integrity, and they do not value their customers.
How are they allowed to stay in business ?????
